In this article, I will show you how simple it is to use these marketing quizzes as a ‘lead magnet’ and get your prospects engaged with your practice.




First, you’ll head to your CRM and click ‘Quizzes’ in the top left hand corner. Here is the Quiz home screen:


Next, choose a quiz that you’d like to send to a prospect. You can edit quiz questions and answers to fit your practice. Let’s choose the quiz titled “What is your #1 plan fiduciary killer?” 


Next you’ll see the editing screen, but for now let’s use this quiz as-is. The title is eye-catching, and the result is something that a plan sponsor is directly invested in, so you’re sure to get some responses! Click “Get Link” above the quiz template to get a shareable link



Now all you need to do is click “Copy Link” and paste it into an email to a prospect. And your part is done!




Now let’s sit in the prospect’s seat and take a look at the quiz. The quiz has 10 questions that ask the sponsor about their plan’s performance, future goals, and satisfaction level with their current advisor. Your personal ‘visit card’ will also be at the bottom of the screen as they navigate the quiz. 


At the end of the quiz, they will receive a score that correlates with a certain outcome.

They will also finish the quiz on your customizable landing page, addressing the issues brought up in the result. With these quizzes you are able to assess, diagnose, and treat their fiduciary risks with one simple email!
