It is for <strong>combining all of the client\u2019s portfolios with their questionnaire results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>advantage <\/strong>of being able to add clients,\nrather than just having a long list of portfolios, is that it makes naming\nportfolios and finding them easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nexample, if you make some changes to a portfolio after a review, you can keep\nboth versions stored in the Client-View. Which is great for being able to show\na side-by-side before &amp; after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What data can be entered about the client?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Name and email<\/li><li>Which portfolios and aggregates\nbelong to the client<\/li><li>Link to the client\u2019s questionnaire\nresults.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So how does it work?<\/strong> At the top center of the dashboard is the <strong>\u2018Clients\u2019 tile<\/strong>. Click on this will take you to the \u2018Clients Section\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investingcounterpoint.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Larkspur-Rixtrema-figu1-min.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4951\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Clients section<\/strong> you have a list of all your clients and the ability to create more. Click on any of the client\u2019s name will take you into the \u2018Client-View\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investingcounterpoint.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Larkspur-Rixtrema-figu2-1024x416-min-1024x416.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4950\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the \u2018Add new client\u2019 to add a new\nclient to the list.<\/li><li>For new clients, this button can send them\na custom link to complete the questionnaire.<\/li><li>The Questionnaire results are displayed\nfor any clients once they have completed the questionnaire.<\/li><li>A client might have many portfolios. This\nnumber shows how many portfolios are matched to this client.<\/li><li>Edit and remove clients from the list.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Client-View<\/strong>, clicking on any portfolio will load the portfolio and go to the main stress testing screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/investingcounterpoint.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Larkspur-Rixtrema-figu3-1024x485-min-1024x485.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4949\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Clicking on this aggregate button will combine and load all of the client\u2019s portfolios together into the stress test. (Please note, if you want to choose specifically which portfolios to aggregate there is a \u2018Create Aggregate\u2019 button on the dashboard.)<\/li><li>This is the name of the portfolio. Click on it to load and stress test.<\/li><li>This is the risk score of the portfolio.<\/li><li>Click here to unmatch the portfolio from the client.<\/li><li>Click here to select a portfolio from your portfolios folder to assign to this client.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a new concept of<strong> Matching a Portfolio to a Client<\/strong>. This is because you probably have existing folders of portfolios or a folder of portfolios from an integration.
